This is a warm and cosy winter story, which embraces the new 'make do and mend' or 'homemade' attitude and the desire to create something unique. It evokes a feeling of handcraft, which is echoed in the use of dressmaker details such as oversized buttons or poppers, native embroideries and appliques.
Prints are playful with a slightly graphic feel, while nature inspires simplistic florals in a feminine colour palette of rich reds, pinks, soft blue and apple grounded by charcoal and accented with a hot pink and lime. Fabrics are either finished with a soft and brushed handle to appear warm and cosy, or laundered to create a much-loved feel.
