Bunting is still a strong trend for the home, be it the Kitchen, hall way or your bedroom. Laura Ashley has introduced a lovely Girls bunting for our AW09 collection. The 'Princess Bunting' is every girls dream and a must have for their bedroom. Spelling out the word 'Princess' in individual letters. Each letter has a different fabric design on it. With pink ribbon either side. The ribbon makes it easy to tie on your bed or hang on the wall.
Bunting is a great way to inject colour and decoration to your bedroom and at an affordable price.
Children's Rooms Spring 2009
This Spring Laura Ashley has launched 3 beautiful new children's themed stories plus two versatile generic children's Gingham bedsets. For boys we have the Toy Soldiers design and for girls we have Garden Fairies and Party Girls.
Toy Soldiers is a fun printed 100% cotton bedset with a complimentary appliqu? bedspread and cushion. The design is very striking in reds and blues with marching Soldiers and instruments and the bedset has a lovely contrasting stripe on the reverse. This smart story coordinates with our red gingham readymade tie-top curtains and red or navy blue gingham rug.
Garden Fairies is our new stunning girls bedlinen design with delicately embroidered flower fairies in pretty shades of pink and lilac with metallic threads and sequin embellishment. A decorative cushion is also available to match the bedset. To complement this range we have the pink gingham ready made tie-top curtains and pale pink gingham rug or polka dot pink wool rug.
Our second new Girls theme is Party Girls a beautiful quilted bedspread and round cushion in pale pink with embroidered and appliqu? handbags, jewellery, dresses, shoes and make-up. Any girl who likes dressing up will love this!
Our new gingham bedsets available in soft pink and blue are perfect to mix and match with any of our themed bedspreads and cushions as well as our generic gingham curtains and accessories. The bedsets are made from soft 100% cotton with a trim detail insert on the pillowcase and duvet.

This Autumn Laura Ashley has launched 3 stunning new children's themed stories - Aeroplanes for boys and Forest Friends and Multi-patchwork for girls.
The Aeroplanes design is in bright bold colours with a soft printed 100% cotton Aeroplane bedcovers and an applique bedspread
The bedspread is heavily quilted and warm and cosy for chilly winter nights with colourful checked aeroplane appliques and cloud shapes. The aeroplane bedlinen can then be co-ordinated with our red gingham readymade tie-top curtains and red gingham rug.
For younger girls our new Forest Friends collection is a must. A beautiful applique story design of deer in a forest setting with butterflies and toadstools. The fabrics used are a mixture of pretty florals and pink ginghams with soft embroidery and ribbon detail. Available in this range is an applique bedset, bedspread
If you prefer not to have a particular theme in the bedroom then the Multi-patchwork collection is perfect for your child's room. A Multi-patchwork bedset created in pretty patchwork prints of spots, checks and florals with a gorgeous quilted bedspread with scallop edge border.
There is also a decorative cushion with matching edge to complete the look.
