HOW TO MAKE...

DECOUPAGE PHOTO ALBUM

You will need:
Photograph album with plain cover
Wallpaper offcuts
PVA glue

1 Ensure the front cover of your album is clean and free of dust. Cut out leaves, flowers or motifs from a favourite wallpaper and arrange in a design on the front of the album. Add a family or friend's picture if you like.

2 Once you are happy with the design, apply glue to the back of all your cutouts and stick in place, smoothing out the pieces from the centre to the outside edges to avoid bubbles and creases. Leave to dry.

3 Apply a coat of PVA glue to the entire front surface of the album to protect the cutouts and photographs from dirt and scuffing. Leave to dry.
